A Large E-Commerce Business is seeking an Assistant Buyer to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate is a skillful negotiator with experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the buyer with the selection of the right product mix.
• Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders.
• Ensuring products are purchased at the right time, to specification and at the correct price.
• Researching new suppliers and negotiating with vendors while building positive long term relationships.

• Fantastic communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Organized with great time-management skills

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in the merchandising or ecommerce industry

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $50-85K
