A Law Firm is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician.

The IT Technician will provide tech support remotely and travel to onsite locations within NY.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and configuring hardware & software.
• Repairing & replacing equipment as needed.
• Set up for new hires (accounts, equipment etc…).
• Creating documentation and testing new technology when needed.

Skills needed:

• Customer service mentality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of computers, networks, and software.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Location: Manhattan, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $60 – 100k+
