A large E-commerce company is seeking an incredibly creative and innovative CMO to join their team.

The company has seen rapid growth and continues to be a market leader in their industry as such they are looking for a superstar marketing expert with tremendous leadership characteristics to keep the company ahead of the game.

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing a marketing strategy for the organization and overseeing its day to day implementation
• Taking responsibility for the look and content of the website(s) and social media outlets, maximizing visitor conversion
• Identifying market trends, running market research initiatives and strategizing based on findings
• Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands

Skills Needed:

• Seriously creative and simultaneously able to prioritize effectively
• Very good interpersonal and delegation skills
• Sharp and analytical with a swift ability to grab onto any marketing opportunity as it arises
• Leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire others

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience.
• Deep understanding of how to market effectively on Amazon
