Job Description

A Custom Skylight Company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team.

 

The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and billing. The ideal candidate is proactive with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating accurate and timely invoices for clients based on completed projects, ensuring adherence to pricing structures and contract terms.
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Undergoing training in reading architectural drawings of skylights and their installations and eventually being able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner.

Requirements:

  • Some administrative or billing experience is preferred.
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a huge plus
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (till 1 pm on Fridays).
