A Custom Skylight Company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team.
The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and billing. The ideal candidate is proactive with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer satisfaction focus.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating accurate and timely invoices for clients based on completed projects, ensuring adherence to pricing structures and contract terms.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Undergoing training in reading architectural drawings of skylights and their installations and eventually being able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
Skills needed:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner.
Requirements:
- Some administrative or billing experience is preferred.
- QuickBooks knowledge is a huge plus
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (till 1 pm on Fridays).
