An IT Solutions Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level 3 Project Engineer to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities include:

• Team Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting lower-level engineers navigate support related issues and act as a supervisor/lead over their team to ensure the best service delivery for customers.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging your IT/MSP background to provide expertise and guidance to junior technicians.

• Demonstrate proficiency in server administration, including DNS management, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of clients server infrastructure.

• Log in to firewalls, switches, and other network devices to perform necessary configuration and troubleshooting tasks.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritize and handle critical client technical matters with a sense of urgency.

• Excellent troubleshooting instincts and the ability to identify and resolve network and server issues.

• Dedication to professional growth and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Technician, preferably in an MSP environment.

• Solid background in dealing with escalated technical requests and providing Level 2 support.

• Strong familiarity with server administration, including DNS management.

• Proven experience with Intune and Azure, demonstrating expertise in managing cloud-based solutions.
