A large Manufacturing Company is seeking a Level 1 Technician.
The ideal candidate is open to challenges and not afraid to bring up innovative ideas.
Responsibilities include:

Performing basic problem solving and assistance requests that are opened on our service desk, self service portal and via the phone

Communicating with the customer throughout the ticket process

Performing routine technical assistance and maintenance duties

Following standards and procedures per task that is required
Skills required:

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner

Ability to multitask

Great time-management skills
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365 suite and Active Directory

Knowledge of computer hardware and applications
Location: Newark, NJ
Hours: Full time
Salary: $70-90k
