A Brokerage Firm is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead their growing business to new heights.
The ideal COO will oversee the operations of the company and the work of all team members whilst establishing policies that promote company culture that are inline with the company’s vision.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Setting performance and growth goals
- Writing and submitting reports to the CEO
- Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication of each team member

Requirements
- Must have 2+ years experience in an Operations Leadership capacity (office manager, operations manager or COO).
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Hours: full-time
Salary: $200k+
