An IT Company is seeking a motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s email inbox, prioritize, and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of various side projects and initiatives, including research and analysis.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Create reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
- Assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Hours: Part-time or Full-time option
Salary: $50-75k depending on skills and hours
