A large Company is seeking an Office Admin with experience in Real Estate Management.

The ideal candidate must be a team player with great verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all incoming calls and emails.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintenance.
  • Data input and organization in Rent Manager.
  • Communicating with agents.

Skills Needed:

  • Computer Savvy
  • Organized
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Management experience
  • Rent Manager Experience

Location: Monsey, NY

Hours: Full-time (flexible hours for someone with Real Estate Management experience)

Salary: $60-80k with lots of growth potential
