Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs of all building systems

Ensure security and smooth daily operations of the building

Manage building operations to ensure effective utilization of resources

Prepare and manage maintenance budgets

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a building manager or in a similar role

Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and building codes
