Job Description
A printing company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to handle customer service, order processing, and general office tasks.
This role is responsible for handling a variety of office tasks including customer service, order entry, order follow-up, filing, and tracking. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and the internal team.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and order status updates promptly and professionally.

Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct, and prepare orders for production in line with company specifications.

Monitor and track the status of orders, providing updates to customers on their order progress, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues or delays.

Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to store customer orders, invoices, and related documents in an easily accessible and efficient manner.
Skills required:

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle customer inquiries and interact with internal teams.

Ability to manage and process orders accurately, ensuring no mistakes in order details, delivery dates, or documentation.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders, track progress, and maintain accurate records in an organized filing system.

Requirements:
