Job Description

A rapidly growing E-commerce business is seeking an experienced and effective Fulfillment Manager.

The candidate will be accountable for all fulfillment activity – both domestically and internationally. They will be responsible for leading our “in-house” warehouse as well as our partner 3PLs.

The successful Manager will be customer service focused and committed to getting things done in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties include:

• Ensuring that all orders are processed correctly
• Ensuring that all inventory is recorded accurately
• Communicating with Customer Service, Purchasing, Catalog and Quality Control as needed
• On boarding new customers
• Establishing and update clear and consistent processes and procedures

Skills needed:

• Must be highly organized
• Detail Oriented
• Effective communication skills – both written and oral
• Management skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a fulfillment position with a deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment
• Proven history of effective management skills
• Experience working with both Order Management Software as well as Warehouse Management Software

Location: Upstate NY

Hours: Full time

Salary: 110k plus benefits
