A very busy Law Firm in Manhattan is looking to hire a HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator and have experience in HR.
Responsibilities Include:

Managing the recruitment, selection and onboarding process of new staff.

Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in human resources or related field.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
