A large Manufacturing Company Company is seeking a Custom Shop Specialist to oversee a team of 15.

The ideal candidate has knowledge in wood and measurements.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the work of a team of 15 employees

• Providing directions, guidance and feedback and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently

• Reporting to upper management

• Preparing and submitting performance reports
