An Accounting Firm is seeking an Account Manager to provide personalized client-facing services on a day-to-day basis.
The Account Manager will be responsible for effectively representing the company brand and utilizing excellent people skills to develop valuable relationships with clients.
Handling day-to-day client communications and scheduling, including follow-up for client onboarding.
Utilizing a CRM database to track and record progress on tasks.
Delegating each aspect of projects to appropriate team members.
Liaising between CPA and client representatives, explaining accounting processes with clarity and in an easy-to-understand format.
Strong interpersonal skills; professional verbal and written communication
Excellent team player who thrives at collaborating with fellow employees
Quick learner and a drive for growth
Problem solving skills, with creativity to find out-of-the-box solutions
- Familiarity with technology and software, along with capability to learn and use customized programs
- Minimum 1 year office experience
