A Nursing Home Care Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator (or Assistant Administrator) to oversee the daily operations.
This role involves managing staff, coordinating care services, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of management experience and a strong understanding of home care services.
As an Administrator, you will work closely with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in optimizing our operations, improving client satisfaction, and supporting the growth and success of the agency.
Responsibilities include:

Oversee the daily operations of the home care agency, including staffing, scheduling, and client care coordination.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards, to maintain the agency’s licensure and accreditation.

Manage, train, and evaluate caregiving staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes professional development and high-quality care.

Monitor and improve client satisfaction by addressing concerns, implementing feedback, and ensuring that care plans are followed accurately.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry.

Previous experience in a home care setting is highly preferred.
