Job Description

A large Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing and coordinating the activities of the project team to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget.

• Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

• Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

• Examining construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy and obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Skills Needed:

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• A team player with leadership abilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ground up construction.

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $150-200k
