A Confectionary Store is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a team of 5 employees. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the store including:

• Day-to-day operations and rostering
• Merchandising
• Training and onboarding new staff
• Building long-term relationships with customers

The ideal candidate will be:

• Confident, assertive, and well presented
• Have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and upselling skills
• leadership skills

Requirements:

• Must have retail experience
• Ideally 2+ yrs store management experience

Location: Monsey, NY

Hours: Full-time – 5 days/wk – must be available to work Sundays, Fridays & all Erev Chags)

Salary: $80-100k
