Job Description

A large and impactful Non-Profit Organization that is dedicated to improving lives in the community is seeking a Lead Fundraiser who will play a vital role in helping raise funds to support initiatives in the New Jersey region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and recruit a team of volunteer fundraisers
• Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies to generate financial support for the organization
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns

Skills needed:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build strong relationships
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to plan and execute successful fundraising initiatives
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative fundraising strategies
• Self-motivated

Requirements

• Ideally some experience in a fundraising or sales position

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Base Salary + Commission
