A Tech Solutions Company is seeking a Customer Service/ Level 1 Technician.

The ideal candidate is a great communicator, professional and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues

  • Remote access solution implementation and support

  • Always being on the lookout for new ways to improve the customer experience

Skills required:

  • Must have excellent communication and people skills

  • Customer service oriented and able to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations

  • Tech-savvy

  • Problem solver

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills

Location: Brooklyn

Hours: Full time

Salary: $1000-1500/wk
