An established Health Insurance company is seeking a secretary to join their  growing team.

 The ideal candidate should be very organized, detail oriented,  and possess excellent communication skills.

          Qualifications:

  • Organized, punctual and ability to follow through with deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and processes correspondence, documents/forms, reports, surveys and other materials.
  •  Screen phone calls; receives, sorts and delivers mail; receives and responds to requests.
  •  Maintain files (electronic/paper), records, logs and reports.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness and editing as necessary.
  • Perform various scheduling activities.

     Hours: Full Time

   Location: Brooklyn

   Salary: $20-22 per hour
