A large Construction Subcontractor Company is seeking a Lead Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Estimating foundation and superstructure projects

• Creating labor, equipment and material cost

• Presenting prepared estimates to clients and participate in client project communications

• Creating project budgets and schedules to submit with the bid and update when necessary

• Strong organizational skills

• Takes initiative

• Attention to details and technicalities

• Great communication skills

Requirements:

• Experienced producing entire estimates ready for clients

• 3+ years’ experience working at one company

• Experience in the commercial construction industry

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $90-130k
