A busy Restaurant is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff, to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Monitor restaurant performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and optimize expenses.

Foster a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and service quality throughout the restaurant.

Requirements:
