The ideal candidate will be dedicated and able to motivate a large team of salespeople.

Primary duties include:

• Onboarding and training new team members
• Supporting and motivating the sales team
• Setting target and goals and implementing systems to make them achievable 
• Preparing reports

Requirements:

• Extensive sales experience

• able to stay calm under pressure
• must have strong leadership skills
