A Property Management Office is seeking for a Secretary to assist in the day to day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate should have some working experience, be highly organized and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Entering data
- Bookkeeping & payroll
- Dealing with vendors
- Managing leases, maintenance & tenant relations
Qualifications:
- Organized, punctual and ability to follow through with deadlines
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask

Hours- Flexible hours
Salary- $20-25 an hour
