Job Description

A growing ABA Service Provider is seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager.

This is a great opportunity to work in a very supportive and positive environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing an office of 15 employees including tracking their attendance and performance

  • Overseeing general office operation

  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules

  • Working together with the clinical director on new projects

Skills needed:

  • Responsible

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Takes initiative

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as an office manager

  • Experience in ABA is a big plus!

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hours: 9:30AM – 5:00PM

Salary: $70-80k+
