Job Description

A Property & Casualty Insurance Firm is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be strong leader with office management or operations management experience.

Responsibility’s include:

  • Overseeing the smooth running of all departments – customer service, underwriting, sales etc..
  • Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
  • Finding ways to increase efficiency and maintain a happy work environment.

Skills needed:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under any pressure
  • Great time management and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Must have operations/office management experience.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $130k+
