Job Description

A large Manufacturing Company is seeking a Finishing Department Manager.

The Finishing Manager will oversee and manage the finishing department, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Expertise in millwork finishing techniques, attention to detail, and leadership abilities will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise the finishing department team
• Develop and implement finishing schedules and production plans to meet project deadlines and customer requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all finished products, including the use of appropriate materials, techniques, and equipment
• Conduct inspections of finished products to identify and address any imperfections, such as blemishes, scratches, or color inconsistencies

Requirements:

• Must have experience managing a team
• Must have experience in Millwork, ideally with cabinetry

Hours: Full-time
