An ABA Therapy Company is seeking a CFO to join their team.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a senior finance role.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity

• Generating, reviewing, and presenting financial reports

• Ensuring compliance

• Making high-level decisions about policy and strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a senior finance role

• Ability to commute to Cherry Hill, NJ for 1 day/week

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

• Strong financial and accounting background

• In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices

Location: 4 days/week in Lakewood & 1 day/week out of Cherry Hill, NJ

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $140k+
