An eCommerce Company is seeking an experiencd Controller.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitoring key financial metrics and providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and working capital management.
• Leading the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Controller.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements specific to eCommerce operations.

Location: Bayonne, NJ.

Hours: Full-time.

Salary: $175k.
