A Retail Store is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. This full-time position requires availability to work throughout the week, including late nights on Thursday, late afternoons on Friday, and some availability on Sundays.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with product selection, provide information, and resolve inquiries or complaints.

• Actively drive sales by recommending products and achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.

• Efficiently handle customer transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges, using the point-of-sale system.

Skills required:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and energetic.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.

• Ability to work full time during the week, late night on Thursday, late afternoon on Friday, and some availability on Sunday.
