A large IT Company is seeking a Level 1 Technician.

This is a varied role where the technician will complete 70% of the work in office and 30% will be on site. The company will provide a car for transport.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing IT support for technical issues
• Remote access solution implementation and support
• Support of disaster recovery solutions
• Desktop application and operating system management

Skills required:

• Must have good communication skills
• Customer service oriented and able to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations
• Great time management
• Must be a problem solver

Hours: Full time

Salary: 60k+ depending on experience. PLUS car!!
