A Busy CEO is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as his right-hand man.
The ideal candidate speaks has business management experience and will be expected to take full ownership of many of the CEO’s side businesses.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with vendors, customers, executive team, and staff on behalf of the CEO.
- Calendar scheduling.
- Project management of several concurrent projects.
- Proofing documents and generating reports.
Skills Needed:
- Brilliant communication skills.
- High energy and professional disposition.
- Committed to completing tasks timely and accurate.
- Tech-savvy.
Requirements:
- Great command of both Yiddish and English – both written and verbal.
- Experience working as a support staff to a C-level position or working in a C-level role.
Location: Monsey
Hours: Full-time
Salary: $100 – 150k depending on experience
