A Company in the Building Supplies Industry is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
This is a leadership role within the company and the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be committed to the success of the company’s CS strategy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing metrics and implementing improvements.
- Scheduling and balancing workloads of the Customer Service team.
- Working closely with other Department Managers and Executives.
- Recruiting, selecting, training, and employee coaching.
