A Construction Company is seeking a Director Of Operations to oversee both existing and new projects, financial management, new client setup, and all other operations.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is comfortable growing and managing the operations team, while also being able to work independently without the need for too much direction.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing senior project managers, all office departments, and take responsibility for all site operations

• Maintaining records of all financial activities and compiles reports as necessary in relation to project profitability, estimates, proposals, etc

• Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner

Skills Needed:

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to self-direct and make decisions independently

• The ability to delegate effectively

• Time management skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience in construction or related industry

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $175-225k DOE
