An eCommerce Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client accounts, with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for overseeing accounts, ensuring smooth processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. The right candidate must have a broad understanding of various aspects of account management, including sales, customer service, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities include:

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and services.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Monitor account performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize strategies to improve results.
