Job Description

A Supermarket Chain with multiple locations is seeking a Full-time HR Administrator to manage its Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be a great communicator and have experience in HR.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting and training new staff

  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation

  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness

  • Creating clear and concise reports

Skills Needed:

  • Great communication skills

  • Leadership skills

  • Organized

  • Takes initiative

Requirements:

  • Must have Experience in human resources or related field

  • Experience with payroll and labor law compliance is a plus!

  • Brooklyn based with ability to travel to Lakewood a few times per month

 

Location: Brooklyn, NY.

Hours: Full-time. Mon-Fri

Salary: $75k+
