A Supermarket Chain with multiple locations is seeking a Full-time HR Administrator to manage their Human Resources.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator and have experience in HR.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting and training new staff
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Creating clear and concise reports
Skills Needed:
- Great communication skills

- Organized
- Takes initiative
Requirements:
- Must have Experience in human resources or related field
- Experience with payroll and labor law compliance is a plus!
Location: Brooklyn, NY with ability to travel to Lakewood, NJ a few times per month
Hours: Full-time. Mon-Fri
Salary: $75k+
