Job Description

A very successful Food Manufacturing Business is seeking a Plant Manager to direct and manage the overall plant operations on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Maintaining close contact with all departments to ensure customers needs are being met.
• Developing and executing an operations budget
• Developing and creating operational and efficiency improvement strategies
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance metrics for production and quality standards
• Provide leadership and training to the operations team

Requirements:

• Must have 7+ years experience in a Plant Management role
• Must have manufacturing and production experience
• Must be familiar with production line equipment

Hours: Full time

Salary: $200k+
