A Construction Supplies Company is seeking an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will oversee processes and systems in all company departments; including but not limited to customer service, purchasing, and logistics.
Responsibilities include:
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in a cost-effective way.
- Formulating strategic and operational objectives.
- Finding ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Skills needed:
- Very good communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Forecasting ability.
- Delegation skills.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.

Hours: Full-time
Salary: $90-110k + benefits
