A thriving Construction Supplies Company is seeking an AR Rep to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have some accounting experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process

• Exercising integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting

• Optimizing our financial transactions and systems

• Strengthening and growing relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely invoicing and receipt of payment

Skills Needed:

• Strong communication skills

• Strong mathematical skills

• Highly organized

• Understanding of basic finance, accounting and bookkeeping principle

Hours: Full-time
