A leading Estate Planning and Wealth management Firm dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

This role requires a deep understanding of estate and gift tax laws, trust administration, and the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals, providing tailored advice and solutions.

• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.

• Advise clients on strategies to minimize estate and gift taxes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Oversee the administration of trusts, ensuring fiduciary duties are met and assets are managed according to the client’s wishes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
