An established P&C Insurance Company is seeking Salespeople to join their team.

The ideal candidates are experienced, professional, motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Explaining various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guiding clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
• Contacting warm and cold leads about policies.
• Suggesting modifications and updates to clients’ existing insurance policies.
• Building customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients’ needs.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
• Ability to identify and contact prospective clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in insurance sales
