A Real Estate Company is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, ideally within real estate and the ability to coach, manage and mentor a team of salespeople.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, onboarding and coaching new real estate agents
• Developing strategies to improve productivity and identifying areas where improvement is needed
• Scouting for new agents all the time
• Evaluating sales data and submitting reports to upper management consistently

Skills needed:

• Strong leadership ability
• Communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Creative problem-solving ability

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven record of meeting sales targets
• Ideally some experience with recruitment and/or onboarding new team members

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $90-110k + commision
