Job Description
A Construction Company is seeking a Site Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate workers, materials, and schedules on site, making sure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
While prior experience isn’t mandatory, a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:

Supervise construction activities, ensuring they align with the project plan, quality standards, and deadlines.

Work closely with on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.

Enforce safety regulations and practices on-site to ensure a safe environment for all team members.

Monitor project progress and report any challenges or delays to senior management, ensuring transparency throughout the project.
