A growing company in the heart of Manhattan’s Diamond District seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary/Receptionist to join their team.
This role is essential to the smooth operation of the office, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing vital administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Additionally, a solid understanding of social media platforms is required. The position offers full-time hours, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them appropriately.

Handle scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for the office.

Assist with social media management, including posting updates and engaging with followers.
Skills required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role.

Experience in social media management is required.
