A Construction Supplies Company is seeking a Secretary who knows Quickbooks to join their team.

 

The ideal candidate is organized and customer service focussed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer emails.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Some basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Filing and scheduling.

Skills needed:

  • Must be organized.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Must know how to use Quickbooks (experience or through a course is ok).

Location: Boro Park, NY

Hours: Full-time

8:30am – 4pm and half days on Fridays

Salary: $50-60k
