A Construction Supplies Company is seeking a Secretary who knows Quickbooks to join their team.
The ideal candidate is organized and customer service focussed.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer emails.
- Answering phone calls.
- Some basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Filing and scheduling.
Skills needed:
- Must be organized.
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must know how to use Quickbooks (experience or through a course is ok).
Location: Boro Park, NY
Hours: Full-time
8:30am – 4pm and half days on Fridays
Salary: $50-60k
