- Responding to phone calls and emails quickly and professionally.

- Recording customer data accurately and clearly
- Resolving customer complaints and communicating complaints with relevant department.
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive attitude with an ability to always stay calm under pressure.
- Organized and great time-management skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Location: Monsey Area, NY
Hours: Full-time with the ability to be available to customers out of business hours when necessary
