A company that sells high end & designer plumbing fixtures is seeking an accomplished Director of Operations.

The Director will be responsible for creating and implementing processes, systems, and teams to help us scale the business. They will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the business is running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build and manage teams, both in-house and offshore, that are capable of reaching the company’s strategic goals.
• Create and implement processes and systems that improve operational efficiency.
• Customize an ERP system that will support the business needs
• Create processes for setting up WMS for a multi-channel. warehouse, including setting up systems for creating truck routes and processes for returns.

Skills Needed:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Forecasting skills and adaptability.
• Very good communication skills.
• Highly organized.

Requirements:

• Expertise in ERP systems and ability to customize as needed.
• At least 7 years of experience running a team and scaling a business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Experience with EOS is a plus.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $150-250k
