A thriving Construction Supplies Company is seeking a Shipping Manager/Dispatcher to manage the sales and orders from the warehouse.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse shipping or logistics.

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating between drivers, customers, and upper management to ensure prompt delivery

• Managing the preparation of incoming sales orders, and assigning tasks to warehouse personal

• Ensuring safe truck loading in a time-efficient manner

• Creating drivers manifest according to location and urgency

• Invoicing customers upon driver’s return

Skills Needed:

• Highly organized

• Exceptional time management skills

• Great communication skills

• Ability to delegate

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in the shipping industry

• Knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation

Location: Staten Island, NY

Hours: M-F 5:15AM – 1:15PM

Salary: $100k
