Job Description

A large IT Company is seeking an experienced Controller to join their team.

The company is still growing and there is a lot of potential for the Controller to eventually transition into the CFO of the company.

The Controller should have a broad knowledge of all accepted accounting principles and best practices.

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions of the company.
• Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
• Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
• Managing the budget process

Skills Needed:

• Highly analytical
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Leadership skills
• Great communicator

Requirements:

• 5+ years accounting experience
• IT experience is a huge plus!

Location: Lakewood

Hours: Full time

Salary: 120k+
